Fastly adds broader C2PA provenance support to Image Optimizer

Fastly's C2PA update is a practical infrastructure response to AI transparency pressure. Image delivery systems routinely resize, reformat, and optimize assets, and those transformations can strip or invalidate provenance metadata unless the CDN participates in the chain.

The useful part is that this is framed as delivery-pipeline support, not just compliance messaging. If provenance needs to survive normal optimization, it has to be handled where images are actually transformed and served.
