I'm Joakim Berg, an operator working across edge security, CDN architecture, media delivery, platform design, and internet performance. The teams most likely to hire me are usually investing in Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, AWS CloudFront, Imperva, Radware, and related platform capabilities, or they are trying to build stronger internal edge capability of their own without becoming permanently dependent on outside vendor teams.

Multi-CDN and multi-platform architecture is another area where I bring strong value, especially when the real challenge is to unify and automate across different stacks instead of letting each environment evolve on its own. That usually means better technical control, deeper understanding of the platform, fuller adoption of best practices across delivery, security, and operations, and stronger positioning for contract negotiation and unit-cost reduction.

I tend to work where architecture, product decisions, and commercial constraints meet—helping teams turn platform capabilities into operating models they can own. That can mean shaping a roadmap, challenging vendor assumptions, or staying close to implementation until the promised outcome is measurable.
