Cloudflare launches Workers Cache for edge application acceleration

Cloudflare says Workers Cache gives every Worker its own cache layer, reducing the need to execute code for repeatable responses. The feature is designed to improve latency while lowering compute costs for cacheable paths, especially in API and application workloads. It is another sign that edge compute platforms are converging more tightly with CDN-style caching and delivery controls.
