Cloudflare and browser vendors propose PACT for privacy-first verification

Cloudflare announced a new initiative with major browser vendors around Private Access Control Tokens, or PACT. The goal is to let legitimate traffic prove it is non-malicious without relying on more invasive tracking or heavy-friction verification flows. If adopted broadly, this could become an important building block for bot mitigation and privacy-preserving trust on the public internet.
